We will to discuss your specific ski holiday requirements and are happy to run through all aspects of our catered chalet holiday and short break programmes. We all know our resorts and accommodation 'inside out'.
- Book online -
Click through to the booking stages. These can also be accessed from the price panel of any individual chalet page, the ski holiday prices page or the booking online link on the left hand menu bar of every page. Note: if your group has multiple travel requirements, requires over
occupancy of any room or your departure date is less than 48 hours away, please call us on 01573 226611 and we will take your booking directly.
- Option for 48 hours.
Make a option / provisional reservation on any of our ski chalets. All we require from you is your name, address, e-mail address & contact telephone number, we are then happy to hold any one chalet for you, for up to 48 hours. This gives you time to decide whether to confirm the booking. Note: options not available on late bookings.
- Confirmation / Deposit payment.
To confirm the booking we require a deposit of £150 per person per week for chalet holidays, £200 per person for short breaks and weekends. We may ask for a larger deposit payment if we are to buy scheduled flight seats or train seats on your behalf as we normally have to pay for these in full. All deposits are non refundable. We will also ask that you complete and sign a booking form detailing names of all the people in your party, confirm how they wish to travel, if they have any special dietary requirements etc. If you are receiving special discounts or free places for a group
booking, then please note that deposits must be paid by one form of
payment, i.e. one cheque or one debit/credit card payment. Insurance; see our insurance page for details, it is advisable to book insurance as soon as you have booked you holiday premiums.
- Final payment.
On receipt of your deposit you will be issued a confirmation/invoice detailing the amount received, the balance outstanding and the final date for payment - 8 weeks before departure. A reminder letter will be sent out to you a few days before the balance is due.
- Payment methods for your ski holiday.
We are happy to accept cheque or card payments and bank transfers. For payments made by credit card; Mastercard, Visa (we do not accept Amex) a 2.5% charge will be added. For payments made by debit card no charge will be applied. If paying by bank transfer the cost of all bank charges must be met by you.
