Quiet and pituresque.

Marmottons is a lovely old stone built ski chalet that is situated above the village of Courchevel 1550, close to the edge of the piste, and right beside one of our other catered chalets, Reposoir. People particularly enjoy the fact that it is just a short walk to the piste in the morning and that it is possible to ski virtually back to the door at the end of the day.

Chalet Marmottons is on three levels with the main entrance on the ground floor, the lounge/dining room on the first floor, and three bedrooms on the second floor. There is a separate entrance for bedroom 1 which is located on the ground floor.

The old fashioned mood of the chalet is created by the exposed stone walls, the wooden roof beams and the log fire in the centre of the lounge.
Marmottons is a cosy comfortable catered chalet and represents terrific value.

In the morning walk 60m up the road, put your skis on and ski 40m along a narrow path through trees to the edge of the Dou du Midi piste. From there it is a short ski or board to the first chairlift, or you can traverse over towards the bubble lift in the centre of Courchevel 1550 which takes you directly into Courchevel 1850.
At the end of the day reasonable skiers can ski back to the chalet.
Beginners get the bubble down from 1850 then jump on the free ski bus or use our dedicated mini bus service (specific times will be posted in the chalet). Alternatively it is possible to walk from / to the chalet (10 - 15 minutes).

For our empty bed supplement deduct £200.00 from the prices shown above, per empty bed.

From the 15th - 20th December 2008 you can stay for any number of days for £60 per person, per night, dinner bed and breakfast, exclusive of travel.
