All resorts within the Portes du Soleil region use the ‘hands-free’ lift pass system, this is the embedding of a microchip into your lift pass, enabling quick and easy access through the lift turnstiles.
Family Passes
As noted, the family pass gives a 10% reduction on normal rates when a minimum of four passes are purchased for members of the same family. Prices will depend on the ages of the members of your family.
Late Season Discounted Prices
Discounts are available at the end of the season on both the Morzine and Les Gets passes as well as the full Portes du Soleil lift pass. A discount of around 20% is available from the 31st March to 31st April 2012. However, it’s worth noting that a reduced ski area is possible during these periods.
Students
Students can get a 10% discount on lift passes for Morzine and Les Gets provided they are able to produce a valid higher education student ID.
Photographs
Lift passes for eight days or more require a passport sized photo. The lift office can scan the image from your passport or drivers licence if you do not have a photo with you.
