Other Facilities In The Town

Val d’Isere has many activities for those not wishing to ski or board, or for those with energy to burn after a day on the slopes: Swimming, ice-skating, ice climbing, ice driving & snowmobiles, scenic flights, yoga, gym, saunas & massages.

There are opportunities to try hang-gliding, parapente, and micro lighting. The town aside from having lots of good shops and a market once a week has other facilities; library, cinema which does show some films in English, internet cafes and an indoor sports hall.
